Practice Management Opportunity
We are seeking a Practice Manager to support our teams and doctors in Wyoming. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and employee experience.
We are an industry leader in quality, accessible healthcare, with a nationwide network of medical centres and over 1300 independent health practitioners. Our independent health practitioners provide 7+ million patient consultations annually and offer their patients a lifetime of holistic care.
As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our employees and Health Care Professionals. You will oversee all day-to-day operational requirements of running a professional Medical Centre.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and drive change and improvement initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor practice safety and standards across the clinic and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Staff Management: Manage rosters and budgets and recruit staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience ideally in the healthcare industry.
- Qualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for people and a personable approach.
