We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Coastal Cancer Care. This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work flexibly, with a commitment of 3-5 days per week.

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading our reception team and assisting with general reception duties. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, including appointment scheduling, billing, and diary management.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Compassionate and caring approach to patients and staff
  • Passion for delivering high-level medical care
  • Respect and courtesy to other members of the multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to multi-task proficiently with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence with computer skills and software

In addition, we require experience with Medicare and health fund billing procedures, ideally in a specialist practice. Experience with Genie and Xero is desirable but not required.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop business strategies for improving practice function, staff wellbeing, and provision of patient care.
