Job Overview

A highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist is required to work on providing expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as developing strategies for system enhancements and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system reliability.
  • Develop and implement strategies for system enhancements, optimization, and scalability.
  • Administer a secured End User Computing environment, including building, deploying, and managing physical and virtual desktop Standard Operating Environments (SOEs).
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Configuration Manager and Intune.
  • Experience working with Azure Virtual Desktop and VMware virtual machines.
Skills and Qualifications

Technical skills: Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, virtualization platforms (VMware), and cloud services (Azure). Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell.

Non-technical skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
