Leadership Opportunity for Pharmacists
- A full-time opportunity exists for a pharmacist to lead a supportive and experienced team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail assistants.
- Clinical checks and efficient dispensary workflow to ensure high-quality professional services and customer care.
- Delivery of a wide range of services including pharmacotherapy, DAAs, immunisations, in-services, education sessions, and services to nursing homes and mental health facilities.
Responsibilities also include involvement in pilot programs and maintaining accreditation to provide immunisations and other professional services. Comfortable working in a team environment with 4-5 other pharmacists on-site.
Skills and Qualifications Required- AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
- Five years experience working as a pharmacist in Australia, with previous management experience preferred.
- Accreditation to provide immunisations and other professional services is preferred.
- Experience with Fred dispensing system is desirable.
