Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Room Attendant to join our team at LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services in Cairns. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms.

About the Role:

This is a part-time opportunity that requires flexibility and availability to work a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, 9am to 2pm. You must have a minimum of 4 days' availability per week and be willing to work an average of 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards
  • Replenish amenities and ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of room servicing experience
  • Possess full Australian working rights
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
