We're a leading organization dedicated to innovation and excellence in orchard management. Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Specialist to play a critical role in our operations.

The Role

This position will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating administrative and data management functions across our orchards nationally. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Reporting: Collect, manage, and analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain reporting tools, including dashboards and models.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to improve digital systems and ensure staff adoption. Create and maintain datasets, and support the transition from manual to digital tools for farm data collection.
  • Audit, Compliance & Grants: Coordinate data requirements for internal and external audits. Assist with data preparation for government or industry grants.
  • Project & Stakeholder Support: Provide insights to Farm Managers on workforce planning, chemical usage, and yield predictions.

About You

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has excellent organizational skills. You'll bring:

  • Strong data management and reporting experience (Power BI and Excel highly regarded).
  • Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or related industries (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
