Job Description

This role creates an opportunity for you to join us as a Permanent Part-Time People and Culture Services Partner. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of new Human Resource software solutions, managing projects and change initiatives, and supporting leaders and employees.

You will have:

  • Proven expertise in project and change management
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills
  • Experience supporting and guiding leaders and employees
  • Demonstrated ability to convert information and data into knowledge and communicate that knowledge in a meaningful and useful way
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Hands-on experience in a similar role
  • A big heart and a strengths-based approach to people leadership
