About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Light Equipment Operator to join our Surface Ops team at the Brucejack Mine in Northwestern, British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating light equipment such as bobcats, skid steers, and small excavators to support the success of our mine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate light equipment safely and efficiently to load, haul, and unload equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
  • Perform pre- and post-operational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate, and refill as necessary.
  • Prepare working areas and adhere to all job safety requirements.
  • Participate in site-specific training and promote a culture of safety.

About You:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.

  • Ability to work in a remote mining camp site and adapt to changing work environments.
