Job Description

As a Frontline Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff at our hospital. Your role will involve providing exceptional reception services, including answering phone calls, handling patient queries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter clinic appointments into the iSoft Patient Management System (iPM)
  • Maintain filing systems and organize documentation associated with all appointments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated administration experience with competent use of IT applications
  • Excellent reception skills and customer service
  • High-level written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Professionalism when dealing with clients and staff
  • Ability to follow systems and processes
