The Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, responsible for providing advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies, including job-based campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
  • Improve recruitment quality and time-to-hire through process innovation and refinement.
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including job briefs, shortlisting, and candidate communication.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking events.
  • Maintain transparent communication and reporting systems.

About You

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in a large complex organization.
  • Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions.
  • Strong business focus, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, embracing change and continuous improvement.
