Key Role Accountabilities

The Enrollment Officer will bridge the gap between sales and customer service by effectively guiding parents through the selection and enrollment process, ensuring high satisfaction and optimal class placement for their children.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-making. The successful candidate will be proficient in CRM systems and data-driven decision making, able to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.

They will maintain precise and up-to-date customer interaction logs in our system to ensure continuity and quality of service. The Enrollment Officer will achieve or exceed monthly targets through effective follow-up and relationship management.
