About the Role:
The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Systems Administrator to join our Digital and Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of applications and technology that support our critical clinical business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and configure clinical business systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clinical systems and applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
- Work closely with the Digital and Technology Team to ensure seamless integration of clinical systems with other business systems
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting clinical business systems
- 5+ years of experience supporting clinical systems, including SQL databases and industry-standard messaging technologies
- Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools
- Experience with ITSM Ticket Management, including queue management and triage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues and solutions in easy-to-understand language
