About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage professional to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service. As a Food and Beverage Services Manager, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, leading by example, and bringing energy and consistency to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service across various food and beverage outlets.
  • Become the face of our hotel, delighting clients and guests with your confidence and professionalism.
  • Solve problems with calmness and creativity - every day is different, and you're ready for anything.
  • Support the daily running of events and outlets, liaise with other departments, and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Onboard, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential - sharing your expertise generously.
  • Be hands-on - manual handling, moving furniture & setting up rooms - we need someone willing to roll up their sleeves and jump right in.
  • Deliver on our brand promise and bring a customer-centric approach to every guest interaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Food and Beverage, with conferencing and events knowledge a significant asset.
  • A natural leader who energizes and supports others.
  • A strong communicator with great people skills and a calm, solution-focused mindset.
  • Someone who leads by doing - consistent, reliable, and guest-focused.
  • RSA certification is a must.
