Privacy Director

We are seeking a seasoned Privacy Director to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping our privacy strategy and ensuring compliance with global regulations.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions for privacy requirements
  • Advise on privacy considerations for customer data lifecycle and use, including AI and machine learning
  • Partner with stakeholders and leadership on customer privacy initiatives
  • Scale our privacy program by identifying and developing strategies for privacy engineering and technologies
Qualifications
  • Necessary qualifications to practice law in your jurisdiction
  • 6+ years practicing law
  • Deep knowledge of global privacy regulations and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders and legal teammates to advise on privacy engineering and technical implementation of controls
  • Experience distilling complex concepts for leadership audiences
