About the Reward Consultant Role

  • This entry-level position offers opportunities to build a career in reward management with deep technical expertise and broad consulting capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and accurate advice on performance and remuneration matters to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Assisting in designing and implementing performance, reward, and recognition frameworks and strategies.
  • Supporting cyclical reward processes and business-as-usual activities such as market benchmarking and salary survey analysis.
  • Maintaining data models to support reward analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and improve service delivery.
  • Developing commercial understanding of performance and reward, identifying emerging trends impacting Group reward strategies and frameworks.

You will work closely with our agile structure, applying AI tools in day-to-day work to enhance how we support the business.

This role contributes to developing employee reward solutions that align with our strategic objectives and maintain long-term competitiveness.
