About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the success of our business. You will have the chance to lead a team of modellers and deliver project documentation requirements within budget, schedule, and quality constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of modellers to deliver BIM projects in various sectors, including buildings, defence, and infrastructure
  • Develop and implement BIM delivery strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Mentor junior modellers and provide technical guidance and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of BIM delivery principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and technical skills, with experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients
  • A degree in design or engineering, with relevant industry experience
  • Familiarity with software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad, and Revizto

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
