Leadership Position

As a leader in the food and beverage service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing staff to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.

  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences

  • Able to manage finances, including cash handling and reporting
  • Confident handling guest feedback and complaints in an efficient and proactive manner
  • Have a strong background in gaming and wagering

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily operations of the bar, kitchen, gaming, and staff management

- Ensure guests have an enjoyable experience

- Lead, train, and coordinate staff in a motivating and effective manner

**Requirements:**

- Relevant experience in a similar leadership role is highly advantageous

- A valid RSA and RCG Competency Card

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of customers

- Take pride in personal presentation

- Exceed expectations for valued guests

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Ability to work a rotating flexible roster, including weekends, public holidays and evenings
