Seeking Water Safety Professionals

We are looking for diligent and passionate individuals to join our lifeguard team at Inverell Aquatic Centre.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly, with a strong commitment to water safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily pool operations and maintenance
  • Ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons both in and around the pools
  • Passion for water safety and emergency response procedures
  • Effective communication and interaction skills with diverse age groups, abilities, cultures, and needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of occupational health and safety principles and public safety protocols
  • Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate and previous experience is highly regarded
