Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, building, and maintaining quality point of sale displays in store, as well as reporting tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective in-store merchandising strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Conduct daily store visits to ensure displays are set up and maintained to the highest standard.
  • Utilize our StoreTrack App to report tasks and provide high-quality photos of in-store displays.

Requirements

  • Supermarket retail experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Minimum of 3 - 4 days required availability including Wednesday and Thursday.
