This is an opportunity to contribute to the provision of holistic care and support to young people aged 12-15 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

As a key member of our care team, you will be working collaboratively with children, young people, and their families to resolve family conflicts, improve relationships, and achieve case plan goals through family restoration. Your primary focus will be on delivering trauma-informed care in a nurturing home-like environment.

Together with the care team, you will provide daily living support that includes meal preparation and education, as well as assistance with therapeutic intervention and referral to suitable services. You will work to build positive relationships based on honesty and trust.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a significant background in child, youth, and family services or human services who can confidently lead a multidisciplinary team. You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in allied health, social work, or human services are required, along with experience in person-centred strength-based/goal-based planning, information and referral services, and working with vulnerable populations.

A national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, as well as clearance to work with children/vulnerable people, are mandatory before commencing employment.
