We are seeking an innovative and strategic thinker to join our team as a Junior Solution Designer.

Job Description

This role is part of our Post Trade domain, where we aim to digitise solutions and increase Straight Through Processing. As a global financial services group with 56 years of profitability, we operate in 31 markets and require experts like you to help us achieve our goals.

In this role, you will collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to influence the design and outcomes of innovative and strategic solutions. You will conduct data analysis to support design decisions, apply best practice design principles, and own the design process to ensure solutions meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Business or Technology Business Analyst
  • A learning mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated to take on new projects, drive outcomes, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to understand complexity and present key elements clearly
  • Experience in data analysis, strong Excel skills, and exposure to SQL
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile
