We're looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join our creative team a couple of days a week.
Whether you're in your final year of university or recently graduated, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills, grow as a designer, and be part of a team that values curiosity, collaboration and high-quality work.
You'll be working alongside experienced designers and marketers, contributing to real projects across digital and print channels.
It's a supportive environment where your ideas are welcome, and your development is a priority.
What You'll Be Doing Design and concept across digital channels including websites, e DMs, banners, and social media.
Create and produce digital assets such as GIFs, banners, and resized images.
Develop marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Collaborate closely with brand, content, and marketing teams.
Deliver consistent, high-quality design work across digital and print, using established templates.
What We're Looking For Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Experience with Google Web Designer is a plus, but not essential Strong attention to detail, layout, typography and design fundamentals Ability to work within established brand guidelines and templates A self-starter who can manage time effectively and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Passion for design and awareness of current design trends Why you'll enjoy working with us A supportive, welcoming team that values your input and encourages growth Opportunities to work on real projects with guidance from experienced creatives A lively, collaborative studio environment where no two days are the same Flexibility to balance the role with university or other commitments A chance to build your portfolio with meaningful work Interested?We'd love to see your portfolio and hear a bit about you.
