This is an exciting opportunity to provide haemodialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease in a state-of-the-art environment.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality care to patients with End Stage Kidney Disease.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.
You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment alongside a collaborative and skilled team, delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality haemodialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease.
- Administer plasmapheresis treatments to both inpatient and outpatient cohorts.
You will be part of a comprehensive orientation program facilitated by our experienced Nephrology Nurse Educator to ensure you feel confident and well-prepared in your role.
Requirements:- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Recent clinical experience in Nephrology Nursing providing haemodialysis treatments.
- Energetic and capable team player with a commitment to collaborative care.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
