
Senior Care Professional

As a Senior Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes.
Your key duties will include assisting clients with personal care tasks, completing accurate and timely documentation of client care plans, and ensuring proper medication administration as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
You will also be required to maintain accurate clinical records, serve as a role model and mentor to other care staff, and contribute to the delivery of person-centred care that keeps clients comfortable and safe.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with the administration and maintenance of Client Care Plans under the supervision of senior management. You are expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, provide excellent communication skills, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
