We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in a Commercial and Industrial Property Assistant role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable organisation, utilising your skills and experience to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • This position involves working closely with the Managing Director to support all aspects of sales, leasing, and administration functions.
  • You will be responsible for handling enquiries, inspections, initial offers, sales, and leasing administration, as well as preparing documentation for appraisals, submissions, listings, and marketing purposes.
  • Other duties include undertaking ingoing inspection reports, calendar management, and overseeing the coordination of internal actions between staff, vendors, landlords, and tenants.

Requirements:

  • A valid NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration, ideally with experience in industrial, commercial, or retail sales, leasing, and/or property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Well-developed investigative, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a high attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Location: Based in Bankstown Region, this role requires the ability to start at 8am and finish at 5pm Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
