Job Summary

The Commercial / Industrial Associate position at Sharonbennie Specialist Property Recruitment is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a leading commercial property group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director in Sales, Leasing, and Administration functions.

About the Role
  • Handle customer inquiries, inspections, initial offers, sales, and leasing administration.
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation for appraisals, submissions, listings, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct ingoing inspections reports and calendar management.
  • Oversee the coordination of internal actions between staff, vendors, landlords, and tenants for the MD's transactions.
Requirements
  • Desirable experience in industrial, commercial, or retail sales, leasing, and/or property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
  • Well-developed investigative, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Current and valid NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no weekend work required.
