Role summary: You'll work out in the community, in homes, workplaces, or local neighbourhoods, building real connections and helping people achieve their goals in real-world settings. This is a casual role with flexible hours, including 30 hours per week, to meet the needs of the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accessing the community for shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities
  • Participation in a range of scheduled activities such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities and excursions
  • Engagement in social events
  • Transportation assistance where required
  • Meal preparation and other simple in-home supports

Your role will be instrumental in promoting independence, dignity, and choice, while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

Essential Criteria
  • Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
