Job Title:

Engineering Executive Manager

A key leadership role driving the overall DevSecOps transformation roadmap aligned with the bank's technology strategy.

Job Description:

Drive the modernization and rebuilding of our legacy monolithic environment using world-class engineering practices.

Empower engineers to be a source of ideas involved in Design, Build, Change, and Run.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.

Lead and mentor engineering teams to implement DevSecOps best practices, tools, and automation.

Oversee the transition of existing systems and processes to align with DevSecOps principles.

Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and progress of the transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background in software engineering ideally gained in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, together with a deep understanding of modern software development including security principles.
  • Strong leadership qualities and strategic thinking to deliver on agreed objectives.
  • Ability to communicate transformation progress, challenges, and successes to all levels of the organization.
