Maintenance Professional

Due to unprecedented growth on our children's hospital project in Brisbane, we are seeking an experienced maintenance professional.
The role requires a proactive approach to safety and adherence to our safety culture principles.
The Position:
- Accurately take measurements for repairs and installations.
- Have a solid understanding of the safe use of hand tools.
- Perform plaster patching and painting tasks.
- Assemble minor furniture pieces.
- Adjust door closers and replace locks as needed.
- Assist tradespeople with various tasks and provide support.
- Clean work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
The Person:
- Has experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Posesses a flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills.
- Is familiar with maintenance management systems, such as QFM.
