Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Maintenance Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. This role presents an exciting chance to work with our friendly team at our factory facility and contribute to the maintenance and repairs of our buildings and production lines.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and have basic computer skills. Additionally, they should have a current driver's license, basic handyman skills, and a willingness to learn and problem solve.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs in collaboration with the Facilities Manager.
  • Make decisions related to maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide breakdown support for the afternoon shift, demonstrating competence as a tradesperson.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Has a 'hands-on' approach with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, taking initiative and being a problem solver with technical/mechanical aptitude.

While experience in Building Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Fire services & Security is highly regarded, we value candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the role.
