Operational Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be an experienced cashier with a strong understanding of casino cage procedures, looking to take on a supervisory role.
This position reports directly to the Cashier Services Duty Manager and is responsible for supervising cashiers and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accounting systems, casino regulations and associated legislation, as well as assisting in premium group buy-ins and settlements according to relevant procedures.
The successful candidate will also handle conflict and difficult guest service situations, assist with managing inventory and verifying patron funds deposited into our bank account.
Requirements- A minimum of two years' experience as a cashier
- Strong knowledge of casino cage procedures
- Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and thorough understanding of regulatory compliance
