About the Role

Our Perioperative Services Department provides high-quality surgical services across 16 theatres, catering for adults and paediatrics with a variety of surgical specialties.

We boast state-of-the-art theatre facilities, including a catheterization laboratory, separate onsite day surgery facilities, and newly implemented robotic surgery using the da Vinci Surgical System.

  • Undertake Coronary Angiography, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Pacemakers, Embolisation, Percutaneous Vascular Intervention, and Cardiac Electrophysiology procedures in Scout, Scrub and Monitor capacity.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, demonstrating clinical decision-making skills and hands-on care expertise.
  • Implement strategies to ensure quality and risk management are integrated into service provision.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting with relevant Cath Lab or Cardiac experience.
  • Proven clinical competency and the ability to maintain the highest standards of nursing care.
