We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Bookkeeper to join our team at Talent-X.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with various tasks such as Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, basic bookkeeping & accounting, and ad hoc administration.

You will need to have excellent attention to detail, be diligent but also fast working, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Manager with AP/AR, bookkeeping & accounting, and ad hoc admin tasks.
  • Provide high-quality financial information and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
