We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience at every interaction.
Your key responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, creating tickets, establishing strong relationships with customers, and escalating their concerns to relevant departments. You will also be responsible for safeguarding customer information by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory security standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a proactive attitude. You will also need to have more than 1 year of experience in a similar role in a call center environment or in a customer-facing role within automotive, luxury retail, or hospitality industries.
