Job Title: Asset Maintenance Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Asset Maintenance Professional to join our team in Perth, Australia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of all project maintenance operations, aligning with business objectives and strategic direction.

The Asset Maintenance Professional is responsible for:

  • Preparation of plant rates and maintenance cost estimates for tenders as required.
  • Carrying out periodic and as required adjustment of plant rates on existing projects for break-even results.
  • Analysis of project costs for monthly result reviews and tender benchmarking.
  • Conducting asset life reviews considering operating costs, major component cycles, ownership costs and overhaul requirements.
  • Providing input into asset selection for new work based on idle or new fleet availability, considering productivity, reliability, and cost.
  • Specifying workshop infrastructure design including tooling and support equipment for effective maintenance of mobile fleet on existing and new projects.
  • Supporting Operations and Asset team in asset management administration process (asset setup, movements, capitalisation, strategies, budgets).
  • Providing support to the Asset Specialists and Graduates.
  • Promoting cost efficiencies while maintaining safety standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Trade Qualified or Tertiary Qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in mining equipment management.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficient use of CATS, Entire, OCDC, JDE, Microsoft Office.
  • 5+yrs experience in relevant leadership, operational and estimating roles.
  • Fostering a safe culture within the organisation.
