Kitchen Operations Manager

ZSG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and kitchen, managing key performance indicators, supervising and coaching team members, and delivering exceptional ZSG experience.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet ZSG quality and safety standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
