Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store and kitchen. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing key performance indicators, supervising and coaching team members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee store and kitchen operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage financial and rostering performance indicators
- Supervise and coach team members to achieve exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure delivery of high-quality food and safety standards
- Highly motivated natural leader with a passion for food and restaurant operations
- Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in restaurant or kitchen management
