The role of a Lead Educator is an opportunity to inspire and mentor others in the field of Early Childhood Education & Care.

This position requires a strong understanding of high-quality educational programs and practices that support the development of young minds.

A key aspect of this job is creating a safe, creative, responsive, and nurturing environment that encourages children to investigate, explore, and extend their skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

We are looking for an educator with a proven track record of being a room leader and who has experience with Storypark. A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care is essential, and First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, are also required.
