About the Role

We are seeking dedicated educators to instill a love of learning in adolescents, expand their skills and join our community of committed and talented professionals.

Our organization provides high-quality education across a wide range of subjects and experiences within a Catholic Christian context. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional educational outcomes from Prep to Year 12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating a supportive and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents and practices
  • Collaboratively developing and implementing quality curriculum programs; evaluating their effectiveness; assessing and reporting student progress and learning outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with leadership, teachers and other staff members in contributing to the professional life of the school and fostering a positive culture
  • Engaging with professional learning to enhance student outcomes
  • Establishing positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

  • Creating a learner-focused classroom aligned with the Australian Curriculum
  • Commitment to engage with colleagues, students and parents/carers to enrich learning experiences and achieve the best educational outcomes for students
  • A passion to support students' spiritual and moral development
