Job Title: Team Leader, Intake And Community Links

We are seeking a Team Leader to lead our Intake and Community Links team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of Advanced Case Managers and Education Advisors in their work with children and young people in the Refugee Minor Program.

The team provides various services to assist young people between 16 and 21 years of age with their successful transition to young adulthood. The Team Leader will collaborate with program managers to identify service system gaps and operational developments within a solution-focused framework.
