Selection Criteria:

  1. Proven teaching experience with a track record of improving teaching, learning, and classroom practice.
  2. Strong knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and student welfare, with the ability to design and lead quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs.
  3. Exceptional educational leadership skills to build capacity and manage individual and team performance.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage students, staff, and parents.
  5. Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning.
  6. Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in education.
