Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven professional to join its Finance Systems & Data Analytics team.

About the Role:
  • Administer and maintain various systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of data.
  • Provide first-line support for user queries, including system access, data issues, and reporting concerns.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies, calculation errors, and system anomalies to uphold data integrity.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to manage system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor system data feeds and integrations to ensure reliability and completeness of data.
  • Document processes, create user guides, and support training and knowledge sharing across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with similar business platforms and possess strong analytical skills. They should be comfortable working across teams, translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders, and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
