We are seeking an experienced Water & Wastewater Professional to lead a project delivery team in our Brisbane office.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing major water & wastewater projects, including project planning and coordination through initial inception to detailed design and construction phases. They will also supervise and mentor junior staff, take a leading role as a technical advisor for the team, and collaborate with other teams and offices to ensure integrated design approach.
In this role, you will provide specialist technical input to feasibility studies and conceptual designs, undertake construction cost estimates for budgeting purposes, prepare written reports and make technical presentations to clients and other internal/external stakeholders, and oversee the planning and design of various project elements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, proven experience in municipal water & wastewater infrastructure planning and project management, and must have experience in water and wastewater network modelling. They will also demonstrate leadership skills, project management experience, and the ability to contribute to business development activities.
