  • Client Relationships: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, providing personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Staff Management: Oversee staffing needs, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure a well-trained and efficient team.
  • Budget Management: Manage banquet budgets, ensuring all costs are kept within parameters and providing financial reports as needed.
  • Service Standards: Monitor service standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Menu and Logistics: Liaise with kitchen staff to confirm menu details and food presentation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future events, driving continuous quality enhancement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
