About the Role

The Senior Employee Relations Advisor is a key member of the People and Capability Advisory Team, responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations matters, including case management of investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business operations and manage complex workplace investigations and employee relations cases.
  • Work closely with P&C Business Partners and management on various cases and projects.
  • Manage employee relations and industrial relations compliance activities within a large organization.
  • Participate in the Performance and Development Review process.
  • Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a similar HR/People & Capability role in a medium to large organization.
  • Experience in managing employee and industrial relations issues.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and ability to interpret industrial instruments.
  • Strong compliance skills and experience in collaborative and consultative processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed communication skills.
