Advanced Cardiac Nursing Specialist

This role involves leading our Coronary Care ward to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have specialized nursing experience in cardiology/critical care, a post-graduate certificate or working towards in the same field, and previous leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational direction for the ward to ensure efficient and effective management of the area
- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based
- Accountable for the effective management of human, financial and material resources
- Maintain customer service at optimal levels
Requirements:
- Specialized nursing experience in cardiology/critical care
- Post Graduate Certificate or working towards in cardiology/critical care
- Previous NUM experience or equivalent
- Current Registration with AHPRA and Working with Vulnerable People check
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
