About Us

We're seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and members across various service desk offerings.

Job Description

This role requires a friendly and approachable individual who can develop effective relationships with colleagues, members, and customers at all levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to customers and members across service desk offerings
  • Processing membership sales, Point of Sales transactions, casual court hire bookings, and learn-to-swim enrolments
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, members, and customers at various levels
  • Offering advice to students, staff, and other stakeholders in areas of administrative and service responsibility
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A completed Year 12 or relevant certificate
  • Relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
