Leading an organisation’s investment strategy is a high-stakes responsibility, requiring a master strategist who can balance competing interests and drive outcomes that benefit all stakeholders.

The Manager Portfolio Governance role at our client is critical to this effort. As the primary point of contact for governance, assurance analysis, and reporting of the Capital Infrastructure Investment Portfolio, you will be instrumental in ensuring the long-term sustainability of the business and delivering value to customers.

The portfolio spans 30 years, presenting both opportunities and challenges. You will need to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, manage risk, and develop strategies to mitigate potential pitfalls. Your expertise in systems and tools supporting portfolio controls and governance will be invaluable in informing these decisions.

This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and technical expertise. If you have experience leading high-performing teams and driving organisational change, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for someone with significant experience in portfolio / program / project governance, preferably within the engineering and/or construction sectors. A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Commerce or other relevant discipline, and/or equivalent industry experience is essential.
