Strategic Operations Manager

About the role:

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing service delivery, operations, property, and procurement functions to ensure operational excellence, risk mitigation, and cost-effective resource management across digital and physical assets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery, operations, and procurement, with excellent leadership and team management skills.

A key focus of this role is to develop and lead a high-performing, collaborative team culture that emphasizes structured, proactive risk management, strong employee engagement, and a high degree of communication and transparency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of IT strategies and policies.
  • Overseeing IBA's IT service delivery, operations, property, and procurement functions.
  • Ensuring operational excellence, risk mitigation, and cost-effective resource management across digital and physical assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in IT service delivery, operations, and procurement. The ideal candidate will possess:
