Job Opportunity

A leading organization seeks an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee its financial operations and drive efficiency across the Group.

This role is pivotal in managing daily cash flow, banking relationships, intercompany funding, and financial risk, while ensuring compliance and delivering insightful reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in a relevant field, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in finance and advanced Excel capabilities will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily cash management, including monitoring cash positions and ensuring sufficient funding for operational needs.
  • Develop plans and oversee the transactional banking RFP process, assisting with the evaluation of banking partners, and implementing migration plans to banking partners.
  • Manage intercompany cash balances to minimize FX impacts and repatriate cash, ensuring all movements comply with the Group Intercompany Funding Policy.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with external banking partners, ensuring consistent controls and compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage bank loans, financial covenant reporting, execute FX hedges to mitigate currency risk, and ensure timely payments of interest and fees.
